Less Google Adsense Ads Makes more Google Adsense money

Studies have shown that less adsense ads visible on your site will earn you more money. I guess it just goes to show you that sometimes less is more. How does it work?Its actually quite simple. The reason for this is that every ad space you have up features companies that were competing for the spot.

This means that lets say you have 12 ads showing on your page through 3 boxes. Four companies were willing to pay $1.50 for your slots and the other 8 were only going to pay a dollar. Your viewer comes to the site and has 12 ads showing relevant information and he could click from any of the 12. You may only make $1 from the visitor.

Now you have realized what I said is true and decided to only show the one box with 4 ads. Now all ads shown are $1.50. If your viewer is looking for relevant information, chances are he will click on one of those ads regardless of how many there are.

How is this proven in my stats? Well you will have had close to the same amount of clicks but you will have earned more money. Not only does this help your income but it cleans up your blog as well. Websites never look professional when they are absolutely covered in ads.
